Board meeting are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and take place at the Golf Clubhouse Boardroom.

Each meeting has two sections:
Executive: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Open: 7:00pm-7:15pm (+)
Residents are invited to attend and discuss a topic of their choice regarding the HOA during the open session in person or by zoom.
The Election for the Board of Directors is on May 22, 2025. Your ballot must be received by May 21, 2025. There are 3 open seats and the candidates are:

A 5% special assessment is due on Febuary 1, 20245of $264.00 per household.to balance the 2025 budget.
